 Butterick 5286. I'm sure this is an  OOP pattern that's been in my stash a long while now. It also has T-shirts and boys sizes in the envelope too. I used a Med size

Shirt for son, Kwik Sew 3792

My son said that this is the most comfortable shirt he has ever had. I plan to make more.
